The Marais Dance Center, located in the heart of Paris, is one of the largest arts centers in France. All styles of singing, dancing, theater, guitar, piano and many other artistic disciplines are represented there, namely more than 400 classes per week..

Allow between €20 and €30 for group lessons and between €45 and €85 for private lessons

What is singing?
It's learning to control your breathing, listening, developing and positioning your voice, knowing how to position your body well with work on interpretation... and also singing to simply delight!

Singing is my body that vibrates, sounds, resonates and sings.  Beyond learning to sing, we become aware of our body, where our personal experiences have always been embedded!

Discover your instrument
The diaphragm is a muscle located under the lungs, it allows breathing
There are two vocal cords.
The resonators are located in the “mask” (the nose, forehead, mouth, cheekbones, etc.)

The three voices
There are 3 voices: head voice, chest voice and mixed voice.

Voice identity
A voice is unique.
The tone color of a voice depends on your body shape.
The range, its register, low or high voice allows you to choose

Here is the list of the main singing teachers who transmit their knowledge in this magical place in the heart of the capital. Courses for beginners or professionals you can find French and international variety courses, Pop, jazz, rock, Soul, R’n’B, classical, world songs or even musical comedy… for adults, teenagers and children. There are trial lessons, group and private lessons and prices vary depending on the style and the teacher!
